if your wire ends oxidise is it ok to just clip the ends back then use the cleaner wire?? cheers.

,,now this is sad,,cheep dirty soder 30 ga wire teachers are something i can`t see anymore of this ,,,

I just went to the local music store. He was doing it for a customer. He’s a small town store, so they are more helpful than big box stores, usually.

Hey Nancy. I am wondering, you seem to be at a store of some sort. Are there stores that i can go to to get such wires fixed? May you list a few that you would recommend?

If the wires are encased in different coloured insulation, then you match them, red to red, black to black. But if they are all the same colour, then it doesn’t matter.

That’s good but which part is connected to the negative wire and which to the positive?
